To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required at the time of booking. Alternatively, you may pay the full retreat amount upfront. If only the deposit is paid initially, the remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Failure to submit full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. We will make every effort to contact you prior to cancellation.

All bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the guest.

 All participants are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

• International medical expenses

• Emergency evacuation

• Trip cancellation (for any reason, ideally CFAR coverage)
  

Proof of coverage must be submitted prior to participation. You will also be required to sign a liability waiver before joining the retreat.

We strongly recommend CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) travel insurance, as it offers the broadest protection. Please understand that we are not responsible for denied claims or insufficient coverage and we do not act as a travel insurance provider.

• All payments, including the $500 deposit, are non-refundable.

• No refunds are issued for cancellations by the guest for any reason, including personal emergencies, health changes, political unrest, or travel disruptions.

• No refund will be provided for arriving late, leaving early, or unused days.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest over the age of 18 up to 30 days before the retreat start date. This must be done in writing.

• Exceptions to this policy cannot be made.

In the rare event that we cancel the retreat (e.g., due to low enrollment, natural disaster, or unforeseen host circumstances), all monies paid to us will be refunded in full.

We are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation, such as airline tickets, visa fees, gear purchases, or other travel costs.

No additional compensation will be offered for any inconvenience, time lost, or indirect costs.

While we strive to deliver all activities as advertised, itineraries may shift due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events. These adjustments do not warrant refunds. No reimbursements will be provided for excursions or services not used due to guest choice or external conditions.

Each guest is solely responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documents required for entry into Indonesia (Bali). Please confirm your entry requirements with your local consulate.

Shared room bookings are priced on double occupancy. If you book a shared room without a chosen roommate, we will do our best to match you appropriately but cannot guarantee compatibility. If a match is not possible, you may be required to upgrade to a single room at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Guests are responsible for managing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By attending this retreat, you confirm that you are in good health and fit to participate in retreat activities, including physical practices such as yoga, breathwork, or excursions.
You agree to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or mental health concerns that may impact your ability to safely participate. This information will be kept confidential and used only to support your safety.

We reserve the right to refuse participation in certain activities based on health or safety concerns.

By joining the retreat, you acknowledge that travel and group activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical exertion, unpredictable weather, natural hazards, exposure to illness, and interaction with local environments.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, and release the retreat organizers from liability for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense incurred.

This retreat is a sacred and shared space. We ask all participants to show respect for fellow guests, local culture, retreat staff, and the environment. Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
