Bali BreathFest: A festival created by a group of passionate breathworkers whose aim is to bring the healing power of the breath to as many people as possible. Bali BreathFest is a three day journey of education, discovery and personal transformation. With a curated selection of professional breathworkers, the festival includes breathing techniques useful for all walks of life and for many purposes including breathwork for trauma release, anxiety and depression, deep healing, reaching bliss states, and for everyday connection to breath awareness. We invite you to breathe, connect, and transform with us. This experience also includes lunch and dinner for all three days!
