“The Ark Retreat Center is beyond amazing. It's tucked away from the busy streets of Ubud in a rainforest oasis. I loved the open-air space and natural beauty of The Ark. The rooms were beautifully appointed with every detail taken into consideration for my comfort and care.
The staff is what makes this experience above and beyond any other retreat center. The genuine care they gave to our group went far beyond anything I'd experienced before. It felt like we had been there our whole lives. From the moment we walked into the Ark to the moment we walked out 5 nights later, we were nurtured, cared for, and respectfully treated like family by absolutely everyone.
This automatically lets me know that they are cherished and well-supported by the owner who is as kind and caring as anyone can be. I have travelled the world for over 26 years, and this experience is one of the best I’ve had in every way. The quality of the Balinese ceremonies, to the drivers and excursions they arranged for us were top-notch.
The yoga shala is perfect and well-stocked with quality props. I would 100% return without any hesitation. In fact, I’d have a hard time leading a retreat anywhere else, as I don’t know that another could compare to the quality and care I so graciously received here.
