Water’s Embrace is a day long ceremonial workshop where you will spend time contemplating your birth and the origins of your story, acknowledging any imprints that may be continuing to impact you today. You will then have the unique opportunity of rewriting your story by experiencing a water-based rebirthing breathwork journey. You will be held in the water by trained facilitators, and gently invited to release limitations you may be carrying and to embrace a renewed sense of self - one that is rooted in a deep sense of love, innate worthiness & belonging, emerging from the experience with a greater sense of wholeness and a readiness to re-enter the world from a space of deep connection to self. FACILITATORS- Pablo & Colleen Kelly-Castro
Pablo is a dedicated Breathwork facilitator and trainer with Alchemy of Breath, a somatic meditation guide, a passionate Wataflow facilitator and an international retreat leader. Driven by a deep reverence for the elements, Pablo particularly finds joy in working with breath and water. He sees these elements as powerful tools for transformation, understanding their ability to unlock hidden potentials and facilitate healing at a profound level.
Colleen is also a Breathwork facilitator focusing on exploring the spiritual benefits that lie within the breath & supporting people to find a sense of divinity within. Colleen is also a women's embodiment guide & sexual wellness coach. Her work is fueled by a deep commitment to helping people cultivate a greater sense of love and compassion for themselves, and learning to honor their bodies as sacred spaces.
Together, Colleen and Pablo, share a heartfelt mission to create spaces that transcend the ordinary, where individuals can feel profoundly seen. They are advocates for a gentle approach & believe in the power that a loving & safe container creates. They aim to provide environments where people feel welcomed, met with compassion and are held in love, while inviting them to access a Higher Love.
