What Is Breathwork?

 Is this experience for you?

Breathwork is a general term used that encompasses a variety of breathing techniques that can be utilized to cultivate self-awareness and the enhancement of physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual well-being.

Breathwork techniques are powerful practices that are both simple and accessible and can be an empowering self-help, self-healing tool that each of us can connect with to expand ourselves, to grow, and elevate our conscious awareness.

Breathwork techniques vary from nasal breathing to open mouth breathing and some alternate between the two, depending on the methodology and intention of the breathing practice.
